We choose the surprise fish menu - as everything on the card looked very nice. It started with a "amuse bouche" of raw tuna tartar, and then the menu according to the traditional italian style. I can only say that everything fit very well (including the local white wine from the Gumphof, with a nice light flavor of elder flowers). Only the final desert was a bit too heavy, with a large chocolate mousse, but nevertheless excellent.
