If you ever wanted a lesson on how restaurant staff should behave then go to Ozium. They have achieved the perfect balance - friendly without being too familiar and professional without being officious. Nothing was too much trouble. An absolute credit. Food was fabulous - an interesting menu served with real panache. My wife had the cockerel and I had the degustation - both were superb. Even the wine - in the other restaurants we ate at during our trip if want less than a full bottle you end up with a carafe of inferior quality wine. Not an Ozium - quality wines are available by the glass. In a 12 day break in Western Tuscany we had a number of very good meals but this was by far and away the best. A restaurant showing real care, passion and commitment. Excellent. Excellent. Excellent!
