“No regret for staying”
Reviewed September 14, 2013

The hotel is quite isolated from the chaosity of the city though the town isn't that far. If you're looking for a quiet, clean, nice staff and great view this is the answer. The bed is a bit small though.

I stayed in this resort for 5 days with friends.

Arrival at night, the first impression was bad ; we realized that we were alone in the hotel. We felt like in the Hotel California...

At least we've been able to chose our rooms thanks to the nice personnel. The rooms are quite ok, with TV and air conditionning, but suffer from regular short power outages, and close one to eachother. Some rooms have a "small kitchen", but totally empty (no dishes at all), so unseless. Wifi is free, speed is OK. Room cleaning service is ultra fast and effective.

A very annoying thing is that beds are small: if you are tall, don't come to this hotel. In addition to the short beds, the sheet didn't cover my feet (and I'm only 1m80...).

The hotel is really isolated, and you will pay the price if you want to move. The pools are very nice, and the beach is close: the "site" in itself is good. However I think many hotels are nice in Phuket, better than this one, and I found this beach quite dirty (bottles, plastic bags...).

As other comments stated, food price is x2 to x4 the usual price, but you can eat *very good* standard thai meals for 180 bahts, or eat in a small restaurant "on the beach", a few hundreds meters away.

Some services prices are beyond logic: bikes are for rent at 250 bahts for 4 hours !!! (hopefully, scooters are for rent at 300 baths for 24 hours). Spa is also very expensive: 800 bahts for a 1 hour thai massage (x3 the usual price).

If I could have put a 3,5 mark, I would have done it, but it's a 3, for me, due to some really stupid things... If you are a couple, only looking for farniente, then it could be a good option. If you want to visit/move: Next !

Room Tip: Take a king-size bed.

We stayed here for a few night and were impressed. Clean, staff friendly, breakfast good.
The bathrooms were a bit strange as it was open to the outside, but private, but not all rooms have this.
This hotel has not much around so transport a must if you don't want to be stuck in the hotel.
Would recommend to couples.

This hotel is excellent. Beautiful rooms, lovely pool right on the beach and another infinity pool on the second floor on one of the blocks. The beach is also wonderful. Breakfast is quite good, albeit not a buffet. The location is fantastisch, so peaceful and quiet, virtually deserted. However, there are a two beach bars nearby to get lunch or a drink. The hotel restaurant is great for dinner, very tasty food and a great view to enjoy. Only negative is that getting around Phuket is so expensive, with the taxi companies having a kartel going on, but this is not the fault of the hotel. I would stay here again, when I return.

We came across this hotel on a drive after 2 nights in Patong. We didn't see any other guests and we were looked after very well. Staff are very attentive and absolutely lovely. Anne the reservation manager was full of all the information we needed to help with organising our day and evening plans. We stayed in the highest room for the great view with 70 stairs from reception but as we had a car so we were able to drive to the top of the drive way saving us from the majority. Very worth it, so peaceful and quiet. The beach wasn't great but still went for a swim. There was rubbish which made it hard to walk along. The resort is very clean including all the gardens. The girls at the spa gave the best facial and body scrub I have even had and the refreshing face washers on arrival smelt so good. The next day we drove to a beauty shop and bought 6 bottles.

Great for a romantic getaway (which was not what I was there for!) Because it was low season we were upgraded to a room that opened onto the pool on the top terrace. There was only one other family there so it felt as though we had the place to ourselves.

The massages were excellent, staff friendly and went out of there way to meet our needs. The views are spectacular, looking across the large Buddha.

The beach is a bit dirty and as someone else said not for swimming.

Definitely not for the party people, you are a bit isolated but we had no trouble getting taxi's to go shopping, out for dinner etc.

Not really a family hotel, but great for friends, couples and especially weddings I would imagine :)

There are quite a few steps so best for people who have good knees.

Clean and very quiet Staff are fantastic, Food however was dissapointing but we found good restuarants along the beach. Two nice pools, but beach is not for swimming. Taxi service is available from hotel and not more expensive than hiring one.

Room Tip: if you dont like stairs ask for ground floor.
