“An Excellent stay”

The hotel was lovely and perfectly located. Easy transportation and really friendly staff made the Radisson a choice place to stay when visiting Grenada. There is a mall within walking distance and local cuisine to sample if you wanted to eat away from the hotel.

Went to Grenada to a wedding and had a blast. But my five days at the Radisson was DA BOMB. Grand Anse Beach was magnificent. Yah...a bit crowded with American med students but it a a long strip with splendid white sand. Hotel was clean; rooms spacious; extra cot as a third bed option was great; A/C cold. MAGNIFICENT pools; Location also really convenient for grabbing cheap busses to other beaches, to town, and to food. I would say eat in and about town and in the malls, but definitely do this hotel. Staff friendly; price more than reasonable even cheap by Caribbean standards. Will definitely return.

Room Tip: No need to get a room close to the beach...it is just a short walk away.

Went here for a wedding (which was awesome). The beach is beautiful and was amazingly quiet during our stay. It was empty to the point of feeling like your own private beach. The pool was very nice as well. The swim up bar did not lend itself to a party-like atmosphere. Very peaceful in fact. We stayed in a beachfront view room which was clean and comfortable. Had the last room at the end of the building though and the wifi didn't quite reach (had to go near the balcony to get it to work). The food choices for lunch and dinner were limited, but what they do make they make well. We ate Grenadian fried chicken, chicken wings, coco shrimp, Caesar salad, and all were good. Plenty to drink and they make them right. Breakfast could be better but wasn't terrible. The omlets made to order were very good. All in all I was impressed with the resort and Grenada itself. Beautiful country. Great people. Will be back.

The Radisson is a lovely looking hotel, with bright and clean rooms. We had a newly refurbished room, which was lush. Wet room, large comfy bed, quick access to the large pool from the patio and all amenities on hand. (Room 311) The only drawback is that the sliding bathroom door didn't stay shut! Apart from that we could not complain.
You couldn't ask for a better view or access of Grand Anse Beach. The Food could be improved with more choices and local foods. (I think the street food along wall street was a little bit more tastier) and the service slightly quicker, but I suppose that's the Grenadian way. Most staff were friendly and attentive, however I would like to point out a particular staff member; Brenda Chetram, who was extremely helpful and very welcoming whenever we saw her.
The only two negative parts of the hotel stay was the complete lack of internet access. They do say they offer high speed wifi access, but unfortunately throughout our 14 day stay we could rarely access their wifi connection. It was quite frustrating, especially when you need to be in touch with home for emergency reasons.

The other; during rainy season, all the bugs have a tendency to escape the rainfall by creeping in under your door. (If you have a ground floor room) Unfortunately the door guard did not keep them out, so we woke up to a swarm of insects surrounding the door a few mornings. The cleaner failed to see the mess and so I had to kindly call her back in to sweep it all up... that was a little annoying, especially if you hate creepy crawlies....

Overall it is a nice hotel to stay in, and not too bad for the price. If you buy your own street food and use wifi at places such as Umbrellas/New York Bagel/Ricks Cafe you will not miss anything.

Room Tip: Rooms along the 300-400 seem to be more refurbished rooms. Room 311 was nice and close to the large...

The Radisson is a very friendly hotel, it has excellent rooms, lovely swimming pools, food is ok but could do with more local produce, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the hotel is situated in prime location on Grand Anse Beach and just a short bus ride to the town of St. Georges. This is the second time I've stayed here and it has lived up to a very high standard. Thank you....

My fiancé and I stayed here for 4 nights recently and despite initially checking in to find a room with dirty linen and muddy floors that clearly had not been cleaned in anticipation of our arrival we had a great time. The Radisson is a great value. The location on Grand Anse beach is convenient and picturesque. We were upgraded to an Ocean Front room after our Garden View room was not acceptable. The manager, Ms. Georgette Davis was exceptional and her staff took great care of us. Tasty food at the different restaurants and delicious drinks. The resort is beautiful. The service is excellent and the price is right. Al la carte can be expensive but I found this to be a good price comparatively with the inclusive options on the island like The Rex and Sandals, which we have stayed at as well. The prices cannot be beat for the quality of the resort and the service at the hotel.

We stayed 10 days here and feel we made an excellent decision. The location is prefect, right on the beautiful Grand Anse beach. The room, the pool areas, the landscapes are all immaculate. Everybody we met was super nice. They have one of the best fitness gyms of all the hotels I've stayed at. Food was ... Average (but we rarely found outstanding food in Grenada). The breakfast buffet was way over priced and the laundry pricing borders on being criminal ($6.00 US for a causal shirt). A good suggestion is to walk to Umbrella's for meals which is a short walk on the beach south of the hotel. Entertainment at night is quiet, maybe a solo musician at most and at times the resort was like a ghost town. Apparently very few people come to Grenada in August.

When you compare the Radisson to the other major resorts on Grand Anse ie Coyoba, Spice Beach Island Resort and Mount Cinnamon, I think this resort comes out ahead. There are a few oddities ie wi if is inconsistent, no little commissary on site, some pool sticks missing tips but overall we enjoyed it quite a bit. The views of the beach and sea alone are worth it.

Room Tip: I would opt for ground level, beach front.
