I had a long weekend holiday here. It is a good and calm place to stay during vacation. I stayed at deluxe room with pool access. The room is big, but a bit too big for me to stay alone lol. By the way, it is well equipped. I like the jacuzzi and spacious bathroom.

There are several points I would like to share my experience.

Passageway to the beach - Along the way, I enjoyed seeing Thai villas together with the number of plants. It was quiet and made me feel like I promenade in the private area of ancient Thai palace.

Limousine service - I had chances to go to some places with hotel car, most impressive thing about this was a polite chauffeur with good knowledge about locals.

Thai Thai Spa - I had Thai massage for an hour. The therapist was able to provide me he strong massage as requested.

Seetawaree restaurant - Located in front of the beach where you can enjoy delicious dishes whole day. My favorite is Chef Salad and the best time to recommend is dinner because it's not too hot you can have meal or just a drink while enjoying sunset. That's awesome!

Well-trained staff - Personally, I feel good with smiley people, and yes, the staff here are smiley, friendly and polite.

Jesse - The GM is smiley too. Thank you for your kindness and assistance in everything!

this resort is in a very exclusive location, very quite and relaxing, but also easy reach of lively centre. Walking distance from nice restaurants, and easy to hire a scooter, so you get around quick and cheap. we stayed for 10 nights in February 2013, and utterly enjoyed the whole stay. Staff is extremely helpful, although we had a little problem with air con and little geckos they, went the extra mile to fix it. It is not worth eating every day in the hotel (except breakfast, which is utterly delicious with the amusing view at the seafront at sunrise) as the "local cuisine!" is minutes away and it is quite expensive (so as the massage...). if you want to hide away from the tourist craziness, but still want to be at easy reach you want this resort. very VIP throughout your stay! Thanks to all the staff making our holiday so unforgettable! Zs&Z

In my experience that I want to share that is the hotel was very nice and peaceful. It was located on Mae Nam beach where was less crowded than Chaweng or Lamai beach. And also it was very close to Pra-larn pier where the high speed ferries operate and transfer passengers to Koh Phangan, Koh Tao and Chumphon province.

During my 2 night-stay, I enjoyed my short break a lot. Also I was very impressed with the room and service. My room was big and beautiful. Welcome fruits were prepared for me too. On the way to swimming pool, you could see there were various Thai villas with private swimming pools for family and couple too. Lovely family also enjoyed the sun, sea and sand.

The swimming pool and pool bar were brilliant. I enjoyed swimming, drinks and watching the sea that just in front of me and the beautiful blue sky. Especially in the evening, when the sun set, I could see Koh Phangan shaded by shadow and orange and blue sky.The restaurant was facing the sea too. I could enjoy the meal and watch the sea.

The staff were so friendly, helpful and always smiled too. I have been to this hotel for two times in last six months. First was in November 2012 and later in April 2013. I think I have chosen the right hotel in Koh Samui for my short and relaxing holiday.

we stayed here in april 2013. we arrived to such a lovely welcome! we loved the whole resort, the private villas are to die for! we had the Bangkok villa with its own private pool. the only bad things about the villa was that we had a problem with the airconditioner (it leaked, but maintance fixed it right away) and the mosquitos but that is hardly the resorts fault (just come prepared).
Cators to children aswell, with babysitting services and also a kids play room.
The breakfast buffet was extravegant with lots to choose from.
The pool and swim up bar were opposit the beach so it is easy to lay by the pool and dip in the beach.
However, i would recommend hiring a car, with a lot of close choices around it is easy. expect to pay 800 BHT for a day. WIthout the car you are limited to walking 10 minutes down the road for a range of bars/resturants.
The people were lovely!

Room Tip: Highly request a private villa with a pool (although more pricey) the more room, privacy and pool is well worth it.

We stayed at Samui Buri from April 12-22 and we can't say enough about the fantastic experience we had. The resort, which is located on Maenam beach, is perfectly located away from the busy Chaweng Beach, yet close enough to get to if you are looking for a night out. The hotel offers a free shuttle service 2 times a day and we made good use of it. The management is visible, making themselves available by walking around the resort throughout the day. This is something I didn't see at other resorts we stayed at in Thailand. Well done Samui Buri!
We cannot recommend this hotel enough. Great experience - thanks to Jessy and Nisa for their kind smiles and entertainment during the Songkran day activities - helping push the management team into the pool was most relaxing!
See you again next year!
