At first glance the resort looks great. Lovely tiles, good looking pool etc. However we likened this to a Fawlty Tower Experience. Our spacious apartment had a new kitchen and NO cookware or crockery, so we couldn't use it. The laundry had machine plumbing but no washing machine. On arrival our room had rubbish from the previous guests. 2 of the 3 air conditioner remotes had no batteries in them and the clock had stopped due to battery problems. We had to ask constantly for towels. In fact the room was not serviced at all on our second day (I had to ask if there was daily servicing). We had no hot water in one of the bathrooms on day 1, and no water at all on day 3, then when we got back to our room it had flooded, as had 5 other apartments. Unlike another review we didn't get our money back for this inconvenience.
As we had no car and didn't want to hire bikes we felt stranded. Do not stay here unless you have transport and want the isolation. The staff need to be trained in hospitality. I have never stayed anywhere like this. I would never recommend this place.More
