I must start by saying this resort is superb! Like other reviews state, the cleanliness and levels of attention paid to the resort by it's staff are impeccable. I also liked the different options at which you could spend your day (inside pool, relax pool, main pool and beach). As my girlfriend and I dont go on holiday to listen to screaming kids all day, the relax pool and areas surrounding the beach were relaxed and peaceful. The only downsides are hard bed! The main hotel is too far from the restaurant/bars so request a bungalow! We did and they were most accomodating. Also, you need to get to the food hall asap to get a) a seat in the main restaurant, and at a table that has not just been vacated and needs a wipe, fresh cutlery etc (on two occasions we were aimlessly wondering around with our food trying to find a table) and b) To get hot fresh food. While the variety is good, it is very rarely hot and any popular items, you're normally met with an empty tray. Breakfast too, if you decide to lay in (like we did, it is a holiday after all) they do a late breakfast from 10-11, but this is where you will see scraps of food that is not replenished and the tables dont seem to be re-laid. About 5 late breakfasts we attended, there were just luke warm, dry hard boiled eggs in the way of hot food options and we had to ask for cutlery etc. These may seem like important groans to some, but we saw past these issues and made the most of what is essentially a fantastic hotel. You may be all inclusive, but it is such good value for money, why not try A La Carte Restaurants or go out some mornings/eves for food, we did and it helped avoid the food becoming too samey by the weeks end. My other advice is stay away from the airport food and drinks!! I had a very below par burger, fries and coke, while my girlfriend had a rubbery cheese toastie, fries and Coke and for the pleasure we were charge £28!!! I also heard another disgruntled holidayer, livid at paying £14 for a can of Coke and small bottle of water BEWARE! Finally, book a private transfer! It's £40 each way for a car (Mariya Tours), but sooooo much faster (just over an hour) and you avoid the stresses of normal transfers (waiting for other passengers to get their bags and get on the bus, stopping at all their hotels, checking in at your hotel with a queue of others) our check in was stress free! It is essentially the beginning and end of your holiday, so make it as stress free as possible, after all, normal transfers to this hotel can take up to 3 hours! The hotel I recommend as a fantastic getaway at a great price for what you get, just dont expect the world with every last detail and spend some of the money you save on a few nice meals out! Circus is a great family run Italian, 5 mins cab from hotel! Nearly forgot, have a foam massage in the Turkish Spa in the hotel, great experience!
