My mother and I stayed in this beautiful Lodge for 3 nights. Our cabin was located directly at the entrance to the trails. We had a spectacular view of the pine forest and the Tsitsikamma mountains surrounding us.
The home-cooked 5-course buffet dinner in the Log Restaurant is absolutely delicious! The service is outstanding.
I highly recommend this lodge to families, nature lovers and everyone looking for a great place to stop while traveling the Garden Route.

This was our first stop of our honeymoon!

What a great place! We stayed in the Delux honeymoon suit with a jacuzzi bath and a cozy fire place! The staff is so friendly and helpful! There is a spa on the premises and what a lovely place to treat yourself. We did a couples massage and it was so nice!

Then the food is 6 star! Wow its amazing!!! Breakfast and dinner is buffet style and in the evening you get a 5 course meal. Each night is a different menu to pick and choose from. Even the breakfast have different things to choose from. Oja and make sure you get Johanna as a waiter,
she's amazing and so friendly.

We will definitely go back!!!

Thanks a million Tsitsikamma Lodge

We will definitely go back.

Room Tip: Choose the delux honeymoon suit

Sixty two family members descended on this haven of tranquility for a much-awaited family reunion. We were welcomed warmly upon arrival, having arrived much later than most of the clan. From the first moment, Leon and his team made us feel at home. That set the tone for the weekend. It was hard to imagine that we were right next to a national road, as we stepped out of our log cabin, facing the forest. The cabins were warm and cosy, with ample accommodation per family. Everyone enjoyed the food, with catering arranged for those with special needs - Halaal, vegetarian and vegan. The teenagers rented bikes, the younger ones gathered at the pool, the more energetic ones hiked and the rest of us just chilled - something for everyone. This was definitely a weekend that will be remembered for years to come, made special by the superb service.

We held a reunion of the Kriel family on the weekend of the 26-28 April 2013 at the Tsitsikamma Lodge. What an awesome time we had with such friendly and accommodating management and staff, great food and cosy cabins. The weather was great, but the service and venue was even greater.

Room Tip: rooms close to the forest are relaxing and tranquil.

The weekend of 26 April 2013 was the reunion weekend of the Kriel family. Around 62 of us descended on Tsitsikamma Lodge and what a weekend was had by all. The staff were incredible, the rooms stunning and the food, well it was simply outstanding. This was probably my 15th visit to this resort and I consider it my favourite holiday destination in South Africa. Having travelled extensively and stayed at many hotels and resorts I can honestly say that the levels of service, the quality of food, the ambience of the forest and the wonderful rooms are unmatched and this is truly the jewel of the Graden Route.
