Rooms are nice, clean and simply furnished. The bathroom is charming decorated with a sea shelve instead of classic sink and a shower is installed thru a pot. Staff if nice snd kind. Girl on the front desk is very competent and will help you to solve any issue. Just arround the corner are pizzeria, two markets, beach is just two minutes walk.

Can not fault this at all for the price.
Nice rooms, nice pool, incredible price.
Only downside is probably that it doesn't have much close by. Fisherman's village is probably a 15 minute walk away from the property but there's always taxi's and baht busses for all the lazy ones out there.
There's not really too much to say about this place. It does exactly what it says on the tin. Clean comfortable and cheap.
Great value for money.

We spent 2 nights in a nice ac room. Pricewise we could not ask for more than what we had. The room is clean and nice, except for a few stains on the bedsheets (laundry mistakes), and a few lightbulbs to be substituted. The location was very strategic for us, since the place is located a few minutes away from the fisherman's village and just a bit more from chaweng.
We enjoyed the swimming pool, a bit more effort to maintain the garden and a better sign on the road would help a lot.

Nothing too fancy but it does the job for a one or two night stay. Clean room, large bed, staff is nice and helpful, and the pool is pretty. Decent price and close to restaurants and the Fishermans pier.

I have stayed here about 4 times and every time I have been looked after my the two owners Tang and Rae. The pool is a perfect size for the amount of bungalows on site and even tho the main road is about 20 meters away you can't here the traffic at all. The beach is 3-4min walk and offers nice restaurants and fishermen village just 10-15mins away. The pizzas are to die for as they are made fresh and cooked in wood fire oven, they're delicious. If you need a flight, boat, train, moped, car etc they can and will help as if they want to personally rather than businesslike, they are true Thai legends !!!
I will forever remember this place and the staff !!!! Thank you for taking care of us all and my mum in general !
I WILL RETURN AGAIN !!!!!
