We ended up staying here for our last night, through our own mistake, when we had to book out of our previous hotel. It was above our price range, but we didn't have any choice. Our room was fab, huge 6ft bed huge bathroom with shower and bath. Also a sofa to sit on. We were on the ground floor, and our balcony faced the huge, empty, unused pool. It looked lovely, but had very few sunbeds(which would have encroached on people's privacy) and is right at the front of the building, away from the beach and was deserted,seemed surplus to requirements. The customer service wasn't very good, poor English at reception. The breakfast wasn't very good. No hot water to make my own cup of tea(don't like lip tons tea bags) and had to ask for some,whereupon she disappeared into the kitchen, to return with a cup of water for me.place starting to look a bit jaded, but overall was happy with my room and the pool at the beach side.would possibly stay again. Oh if you want a massage, their prices were ridiculous and I didn't see one person using them, however in my previous hotel, great massage areas and good prices, just turn left on the beach and walk to sandy resort(about 100 yards) well worth it

You can see that whenever this resort opened first it was amazing however it has dated and needs a refurb in the rooms at least. The pool area is quite nice and it sits along a quiet, clean and picturesque section of Bo Phut Beach. We were in a garden view villa and where it joins the adjacent villa there is a door between the two allowing noise to travel quite easily which is annoying.The staff were very nice however the price is too expensive for what you are getting.

We had high expectations for this hotel given its rating and images on website (not to mention the price we were paying in peak season). We were disappointed in every way: the Customer service was non existent; the food was terrible and cold on arrival; the room we were in stank of damp and towels/loo roll were not replenished. Everyone in our party checked out and paid to stay somewhere else... Half the price and a million times better.

We have been staying at the Samui palm beach for the past 10 years ........ and this visit did not disappoint us. When we checked in we were personally welcomed by the new manager who indeed made it a point to speak to all the guest and identify opportunities for his team. We look forward to out next visit ..... Out room was clean, and opened out onto their amazing pool.
Check this hotel out they have made so many new improvements in the last 12 months it's well worth a visit

Samui Palm Beach is located in the area of Bophut city. Close to every where especialy Fishermen Villages the most popular market in Koh Samui. Tesco lotus and big shopping center along the road. Some points that I want to share.

Good ;
* Very comfortable and located in the center of important tourist places
* Value for what you pay, price is reasonable
* Beach is very convenience, so big and long. Good for sun, sand and swimming lover
* Big hotel space with 2 beatiful swimming pool,
* Happy hour buy one get one free with 100 THB beer at Beach Bar, very reasonable price serving in this level of hotel
* Big Beach pool facing the ocean.
* Clean & Big room space
* Restaurant is close to the beach, you can walk along after you dinner.
* Lot of restaurants and varieties of food choices outside the hotel. Very comfortable

Some points ;
1. You have to pay for internet password. They provide 2 computor with free wifi but always busy.
2. Restaurant not attractive, good food with simple atmosphere.
3. Lot of mosquito from the grass lawn next to the beach bar during happy hour.
4. Very limit choices for happy hour

Over all, I am happy staying with Samui Palm Beach even I have lot experiences in many 5 stars hotel. But of course the money I have paid is also incomparable. It is fair enough to give good rate for Samui Palm Beach as the rate I have paid is achieved my expectation.

I would recommend this hotel for the one who want to visit Koh Samui for sleep and visit every important places. It is one of a good beach hotel in Koh Samui. And it is located in the central of the island. Rate is very reasonable and value for your money.
