We found this place through Trip Advisor, otherwise you might miss it. It is located at the far end of Fisherman's Village and is literally a hut. There's only a few tables and it gets crowded early. However we got lucky to dine there twice during our 8 night stay in Bophut. The 2nd time we had to wait until someone left but it was worth it. The food is super cheap (2 beers, Paenang Chicken & Massaman Chicken with tip for 340 baht!) and very good. The Paenang was one of the best I've ever had. For our 2nd trip the service was a bit spotty but it's only one real server for each table and sometimes a few kids help run the food out. The 2nd trip we got the fried calamari, shrimp pad thai and shrimp stir fry. Again, all for around 400 baht with tip and all great food. It's very good food for a very good price.
