This restaurant is part of the Anantara hotel but is set a bit back from the beach. It is under a roof but has no exterior walls. The restaurant is split level with the lower level at the front looking out over the sea. Larger parties (like our mainly of 6) have to sit at the higher level at the rear and get a garden view but the gardens are magnificent. The service at this restaurant was excellent and the food was fantastic. Between us we had a wide selection from the menu and all the food was presented beautifully - more importantly it tasted delicious. The other great thing about this restaurant was the background music - mainly jazz which created atmosphere despite the relatively small number of tables near ours. If you are on the upper deck, go for the section at the west end - as we walked past the eastern end we heard some noise that sounded like it came from a generator or air con unit which would have been off putting.
Having spent a week dining at the best restaurants on the island, I would go back to this one first.
