“Koh Tao & Koh Nangyuan”
Reviewed November 6, 2013

Last October I did the Koh Tao & Koh Nangyuan snorkelling tour with Tours Koh Samui with my father. It was a great day, the ride on the speed boat was bumpy but we actually enjoyed that very much! After almost two hours we arrived at the first snorkelling spot, which was really nice because it was very quiet and shielded for boats. The water was clear and we saw a lot of the marine life. We were so absorbed in the snorkelling that the staff had to call for us several times before we realized it was time to go to lunch.

The lunch was served in buffet style in a small restaurant with a view over the snorkelling bay and was very tasty. After lunch, we went to Koh Nangyuan for more snorkelling and sunbathing. The water was even more clear than at the first spot! Unfortunately, the beach of Koh Nangyuan was pretty crowded, but stunning anyway.

When we got back to the boat, the staff gave everybody watermelon and pineapple, which was very nice after being in the salty sea! The boat ride back was not as bumpy as the ride to Koh Tao, and overall everything was very well arranged! The staff was very friendly and gave good explanations when needed. I would really recommend this trip to everybody, as long as you don't mind a bumpy speed boat ride.

“Great private one day trip”
Reviewed October 20, 2013

We booked a one day trip with Ron at Tours Koh Samui October 16, 2013. We had a great day with them, going first for snorkling/swimming on Koh Mat Sum, and after that lunch on Koh Tan, with dives and snorkelling. Their service was great, the food was good, and the underwater life was magnificent. I saw no less than 4 blu-spotted rays on a shallow dive off Koh Tan.

The diving instructor and the snorkelling instructor were both great, everything worked good, and we had the best day of the vacation in the care of Tours Koh Samui.

“Great snorkelling trip to Ko Tao”
Reviewed October 13, 2013

We joined the snorkelling tour to Koh Tao include visit to the walking street. The company provide solid service with timely pickup, good snorkelling equipment and nice new boat and crew on board very funny and accomodating.

They do their best to avoid other boats by visiting the snorkelling spots in opposite times from what is done by other boats. Both snorkelling spots where great and Koh Nungyan is a true paredise. Visit to walking street was a great diversion from just snorkelling snorkelling and some more snorkelling.

Highly recommend this tour!

“Private island tour the way to go!!!”
Reviewed October 4, 2013

Based on personal recommendation from Steve our dive instructor we book this as private tour.
Loved the flexibility and attention to details of our guide Miss Aom. On the tour we visited the must do attractions such as grand father grandmother rocks waterfalls and the Buddha. The nice thing about going private is that we decided when it was time to move on and what to include.

The best part of the day was visit to the bird show, paradise park, elephant ride, off road next to the golf course, and off road spots including the stunning Buddha temple on the mountains.

The company go out of its way to try to avoid large organized groups.
Highly recommended especially taking into account that the costs where almost the same as on a joint tour we inquired about at our hotel.

“Best Trip EVER!”
Reviewed October 2, 2013

We booked the Junk Boat tour as our finale of our two week stay on Koh Sumai, and what a finale it was! The staff were so welcoming and helpful, the food from breakfast, to the snacks and lunch were delicious, and the boat itself, absolutely beautiful! Our two sons (aged 7&10) were taken by the staff to explore the boat, then when we stopped were encouraged to jump off into the water (life jackets, snorkels & flippers all provided). As guests of the Junk, we were given great rates on the Jet Ski, (half the price of main island!). The island scenery is quite impressive too! If we ever return to Koh Sumai we will certainly be taking this trip again!
