Samui Heritage Resort is slightly off the beaten track but well worth the find. It's location is opposite the "second entrance" to Fisherman's Village, down a small road and in a cul de sac. Simply cross the main road away from the sea at the second entrance and u will find it!!! On arrival we were greeted by the sweetest Thai lady, very helpful and at once gave us a glass of chilled orange juice, so welcome as it was extremely hot. The resort, set amongst large lovely trees is really very charming. Our room/ bungalow was spacious, clean with a good size bathroom en suite. The resort also has a pool, however the water was not chilled so didn't offer the " cool down and relax factor that was so badly needed!!!!... Having said that it was an enjoyable stay, we paid 900 bht per night, indeed very reasonable for a lovely place. We would quite happily stay there again!!!!!More
