Enjoyed a 1 night stay on the way to koh phangan. Very convenient for ferries. 10 min walk to the the seatran discovery and on the doorstep for the Big Buddha ferry. Room was fine, bathroom could have done with a minor touch up, but...
Great place to chill before return flight , food was great and the beer was cold.

This is a great place to stay, everything about it is top class, the bungalows are spacious and clean. Little more could be asked for. The pool is not huge but then you have a beautiful beach seconds away across the well manicured lawns, the place is managed with utmost efficiency the staff excellent and the presence of the proprietor assuring and benificial he chats with everyone and answers any questions you have a lovely guy its a great price, the food in the restaurant is fantastic and not expesive the menu covers all desires. Cocktails while watching the sun set for 99baht takes a lot of beatingmain road outside has the baht buses going by to either Chewang or Bohput(fishermans village so easy reach for whatever shopping or dining you require, there is a boat service next door so boat trips are a 2 minute walk away. I will be returninoner rather than later.

Room Tip: All the rooms are great the place is laid out in a horse shoe so if you don't get the sun in the...

We have been regular customers and have had a lot of friends over. Spent a lot of money, and I have usually ordered an Australian tender loin. Last time the staff there told a Thai friend of me off and was very rude, I also had Thai beef very tough and not possible to eat. I complained and wad told they were out of beef. Well Meat to tough to eat and we took a doggy bag and gave it to a stray dog, I still had to pay and left in a fury, I will never go there again, but to orgasmic or some other nice place, here is a lot. mermaid has open 24 hours.

Hello Tone K

I find it extremely unsettling that as a regular customer you never came to me as the hands on owner and directed your complaint to me. I am always available at the restaurant or the reception which is adjacent to the restaurant. This incident was not reported . We have always got Australian tenderloin in stock . Should a complaint arise about the food i would have gladly attended to the problem . Perhaps you are mistaking our restaurant with another , Our restaurant is at samui pier resort next door to big buddah pier . I am always around . If you are a regular as you say please come and visit again and i will be more then happy to attend to this problem .

Hope you have safe travels

Loved my stay here, staff were very friendly and we booked into the beachfront room which was worth the extra money for the view alone . It's very quiet in this resort so if you want something more lively I'd recommend choweng beach. Other than that we had a great stay and would recommend to anybody

We decided to go with what we know when we returned to Samui after 2 years, although it's always a bit worrying that you might not find it as you remembered...... in this case it was just as good, if not better than we remembered.
The location was perfect for us as it is in a quieter part of Samui without all the clap trap of Chaweng and all its horrible offerings, close to the airport but not disruptive by passing flights and right on the beach front.
The rooms are lovely, clean and tastefully decorated, our bed was extremely comfortable and we had superb sleep quality. The gardens are beautifully cared for and the beach in front of the resort is kept constantly clean by a member of the resort team. Again, the thing that we loved the most was the management of Yaniv and the way he effortlessly makes sure that you are happy, well looked after and makes you feel that no request or question is too much trouble. The other great thing for us to see was that the same team members were still working there from two years ago - that speaks volumes about the management! We will definitely stay here again if we go back to Samui and very highly recommend this place, in fact, we always do!

We spent one night at Samui pier resort before heading to Ko Tao. The room was a standard room which was fine for one night but quite small and no outlook so would recommend paying extra for one of the beachfront rooms if staying any longer-these had glass fronts and were well spaced out in between the various seating, hammocks and tables around the resort which spread onto the beach area which seemed to be private. The owner of the resort was very helpful in trying to arrange a free transfer for us to the pier where our boat was leaving from the next day and mingled with the guests in a friendly manner to check that all their needs were catered for. The hotel isn't really in the centre of bophut and although there are a few restaurants and bars nearby if you wanted to stay in the fishermans village of bophut this is about 5 to 10 mins by taxi away.
