I spent a month in Absolute Sanctuary - I did the anti burnout and destress programme. It was such an incredible experience, I felt genuinely healed leaving. The yoga and fitness classes were excellent, the accommodation is lovely and very clean, and the beautiful infinity pool never felt over crowded. The treatments were amazing too- you haven’t lived until you’ve had a Thai stretch massage and herbal compress here! (There are lots of different alternative therapies available too- I would recommend hypnotherapy with Stefanie, yohti with Allen, reiki with ushi, and the ecstatic dance) There were shuttle buses every day going to the beach or the mall or the night market, in case you get cabin fever.
I think for me, the highlight of my stay was the staff. They were all so kind, friendly, and loving. I felt like they were my friends by the time I left.
The only slightly less-than-glowing things I would say is that while the food is fine/nice, it’s not overly exciting. (Although I did love my little healthy treat as part of my turn down service every evening) And the WiFi could be a little patchy at times but since I was there to cut off from the outside world, it didn’t bother me too much!
Other than that, I adored my time at Absolute Sanctuary and I cannot wait to return
