Visited the Cabo Rojo restaurant which just opened, and the experience was great. Really good food, had the mofongo relleno de filetes de pescado (fried mashed plantain stuffed with fish filets, for you gringos), and it was awesome. Nice ranch, cowboy, rustic ambiance. Great for the family. Its up on a hill so dress warmly. Would definately return, and highly recommend. This sleepless beach comber was nicely impressed.
