I own a day spa and have been to other Nordique "style" spas and so I have an expectation of service and value. I feel this "spa" lacked both.
There is one hot tub outside and one cold plunge outside. There is also a yurt with lounger chairs and a fire outdoors. Indoors they have change rooms (which lacked almost all amenities) a eucalyptus steam room (emphasis on the steam) a dry sauna and an anemic rain shower thing that needs to be cleaned with CLR. There is also a restaurant which serves a few sandwiches, salads and drinks.
The hot tub is so small and uninviting and was okay to be in when it was just myself and my friends but as soon as other people showed up, it was uncomfortably small.
My towel became soaked and I asked for another one only to be told that it would cost $2 to replace it! Make sure you take everything you might need because they charged us $8 for flip flops. The only thing that came with the cost of admission was a robe, towel and water.
The website is great and is probably what draws people to this site. I would not return nor would I ever recommend this place to anyone.
