Hotel clean, staff excellent, aircon welcome, food ok – a bit repetitive but ok if you are inventive and are prepared to experiment and have things together that you may not try at home, pool fantastic – love Tony on the pool bar – but don’t go up wet mind, activities great – be prepared to have a go – Piotr and the team go that extra mile to make it a fun holiday – in any language. Arrived late after restaurant had closed, but much appreciated cold buffet still made available.

we have recently arrived home from a weeks holiday at this hotel, and we had an amazing stay. the hotel is spotless, so much so the waitresses even use tongs to lay the napkins on the tables in the resteraunt. rooms are tended to every day, pool area is immaculate. the pics on the site dont do this hotel justice, as it is so much nicer. there is so much to do in the complex below, which you can also use with the all inclusive band. we were never bored. such a beautiful looking place surrounded by palm trees and is lit up lovely in the evenings. everybody is welcoming, and mari the waitress is lovely.we will be going back to this hotel very soon, as it is by far the best we have stayed in, and it is def a 4* hotel. please dont listen to all these negative comments on here. go see for yourselves.

We had a great holiday here, our days were filled with days at the waterpark and down at the resorts beach , partaking in an array of water sports. At night the resort puts on evening entertainment at the arena plaza and most of the acts were very enjoyable. The food is lovely and there was a great selection of breakfast foods, hot and cold meats, salads, veg and fruit and all were always very fresh...children were catered for as well. We were standard all-inclusive which can be quite restricting, for example, we were treated differently to paying guests at the waterpark in terms of food. All in all, a great holiday and we'll definitely be back but probably as premium all-inclusive the next time.

My girlfriend and I (both 19) came to Costa Taurito in the first week of September 2012. We got a great all inclusive deal, booking 4 days before we left.

Upon arrival at the hotel, I realised that the photos on the website truly do not do the resort justice, it was beautiful! Set within a mountain, the hotel's outer was constructed primarily of glass and looked very clean and modern. This was extended as we walked through the door. The whole place was spotless. Marble floors and perfectly polished surfaces greeted me.

We were greeted by a lovely receptionist by the name of Svetlana, she did a great job of checking us in, and explained to us everything we needed to know. Despite a little bit of confusion with our key card, we were not faffed around, and got to our room promptly.

The room was much larger than I was expecting and, as with the rest of the hotel, absolutely spotless. The whole place was neat and clean, and incredibly inviting. I'm pretty sure every room in the hotel has a balcony, and our view was almost breathtaking.

The all inclusive food was fantastic, we sat down at around 9PM for our first meal in the buffet restaurant. There was a huge array of food options that catered for every age and locality. Every day for breakfast lunch and dinner the food was excellent.

One of the things we did not realise when booking was the amount that Paradise Costa Taurito was the amount of things included on the all inclusive basis. Every night we were entitled to the entertainment which went on until around midnight in an area called 'Arena Plaza'. There was new entertainment performances every night and we even got to hold a snake!? The bar down there was also fantastic, and included on an all inclusive basis. The only problem was that you could only get two drinks at a time.

All the other bars were excellent and the service was fantastic. The drinks included on an AI basis were beer (mahou draft, very nice), wine (red, white, rose, and sparkling), and cocktails which were all delicious.

More or less the only issue we had during our holiday was that the waterpark although fantastic, was salt water, and therefore stung the eyes and skin after a while.

Room Tip: Every room has a good view and is the same size - so don't worry! Just try and get a room on the 2nd and 3rd floors :)
