Lovely clean rooms, very helpful pleasant staff and nice food. Lindos village was well worth a trip. It's quintessentially Greek and beautiful. Not a lot to do in the area but our 4 year old daughter was quite happy in the lovely pools most days.

Just arrived back two weeks ago from this hotel, we have had quite a nice time , but there were certain things that were frustrating . On arrival at the airport we were transported to the hotel on a coach taking several holiday makers to various hotels the journey time was one hour forty five minutes. The hotel is very impressive ,the room was nice and large , and the hotel was very clean, the staff could not be more helpful .I have to say although it was all inclusive there was no inappropriate behaviour by the holiday makers whilst we were there. The all inclusive package finished at 12 oclock midnight which I believe helped that situation. I have to say that at breakfast the quality of some of the food to cater for the English appetite was not great especially the bacon, we were quite surprised that there was not an omelette station also . The swimming pool is very impressive it is about 80 metres long and there are steps at each end to enter the swimming pool however there is not a shallow end the pool is 1.5 metres deep along its entirety, and as my wife is not very tall it was a hindrance to her as she could not stand up as it was to deep , also there are no steps along its length if you became tired whilst swimming. At lunch time we ate in the café by the pool which was very nice , the food there was consistently good . The restaurant where we had our evening meal we sat outside and it was lovely in the evening sunshine , the food some nights was really nice and other nights it was indifferent, it is also best to go to the restaurant earlier rather than later as the food started to run out and not replaced very quickly. I like an ice cream for dessert however as it seems they do not replace the ice cream tubs when they run out at night the choice can become very limited .

Dear Guest,
Thank you very much for staying with us. We are glad you had a nice time in our Hotel. Concerning your remarks about the breakfast not catering for the English appetite we would like to highlight the following; we have introduced an omelet station and also two types of bacon; medium baked and well done. We offer beans, sausages, potatoes, tomatoes and mushrooms. In addition to omelets, our guests can choose between scrambled, boiled and fried eggs. The restaurant provides nine different flavors of tea including English breakfast tea. As for butter, jam and toast you have a great selection to choose from .We are confident when we say that we welcome our British Guests to enjoy a full English breakfast. With regards to the ice cream we are both sorry and surprised you could not find this . During both lunch and dinner there is plenty of ice cream: we have two stations in the restaurant that are regularly checked and refilled with different flavors, syrups and toppings. Moreover, concerning means of transportation how to get to our Hotel there are several ways. The quickest way is to take a taxi and you will be at the Hotel in less than an hour. Some Travel Agencies also have their own rented buses which takes the guests directly to the Hotel. Guests who book via a Tour Operator can check the transfer time with the respective company. The public buses take some time, as in every Greek island because they stop many places. If you have a long journey or if you travel with children we don’t recommend the public services. On the other hand, some guests do not mind as the cost is very low and you see many nice places of the island on the way down. As for the main pool depth it measures 1.5 meters which is within the international regulation for pools in Hotels.
We hope we have given you a satisfactory answer your review and we would like to thank you again for your comments.

Best Regards,
Princess Andriana Team

Having read some of the previous reviews we were a bit unsure about the restaurant and food quality. However we had nothing to worry about, as everything was just great. Staff were very god especially at the pool bar and outside seating at the restaurant. We came down to dinner at approx 7 to 8 each evening and never had a problem getting in to the restaurant or getting a table out side.Every night the buffet was varied and of a high quality. If you want to join in the activities then they were many and varied but there was no pressure. Plenty of pool side sun loungers and we never had a problem getting a couple and an umbrella. As the hotel web site states this is a family hotel and there is a full and active kids club.
I cannot but recommend this hotel to couples or families.

This resort is top of the bill. 6+ stars are surely the right rating. Food is always full tasty en divers. All the working people are so kind and freindly, you can ask them what ever you want en they have the right answers and the smile to help.

They have the best animationteam there is in the whole world (7 stars). These girls en boys knows what is animation in every kind of way; sports, play, fun, entertainment, etc. Davide (master of show) and Federica (Bella donna di carpetta con cappello rosso) have a dreamteam and a team it is.

This place is so good that how old you are, there are always a lot reasons to be in this place.

All in all we would come back to this hotel and would recommend it.

Room Tip: Every room will be okay to stay.

We can't rate this hotel highly enough. We always book 5* in Greece knowing that it's not usually the equivalent of other European hotels, but this one more than deserves it's 5* rating. Nothing is too much trouble, the staff are really friendly, but not sickly and annoying so. All the staff at this hotel are extremely professional and helpful and very good at their jobs. The facilities are second to none. The pool never felt crowded, the beach was very peaceful, and you don't even have to cross the road to get to the beach as they have built a tunnel under the road! The only tip we would give is to take some sort of footwear you can go into the sea in as the beach itself is shingle and quite pebbly as you go into the sea.

The room we had was the basic room, and if that was basic the others must be fantastic as ours was beautiful and more than adequate. Everything was thought about, from the products and shower creme/hand wash in the bathroom, to the mini bar that is stocked 3 times per week, to the flat screen TV with information about the resort and your bill. We can't say enough about the comfort of the beds. It was that comfy I wanted to bring it home!

The all inclusive restaurant has a really good choice at each meal, water and wine is brought to your table at lunch and dinner, and a coffee pot is bought to your table at breakfast. In our opinion virtually all tastes are catered for. With your all inclusive you get a meal in the Moonlight A la carte restaurant for each week of your stay. If you want a specific time we would suggest you book at least a couple of days ahead, but it really is worth it. The food is fantastic and it's nice to have a change from the buffet. You can have the all inclusive wine with your meal or you can buy a bottle, our bottle of Rhodian wine was 16 euros and that was the cheapest red.

Pool/beach towels are included and changed every other day. There is a spa and gym that are also free to use.

The nightly fountain show is well worth watching, and even when you have seen them every night you still have to watch them on your last night. The bridge is also fascinating, there are multi coloured led lights that show in the dark, but in the day you can't tell that the bridge has lights!

This is not the most lively hotel, to us it's a place for rest and relaxation. You do have the animation team putting on a show in the evening but this ends at around 10.30pm and the pool bar closes at midnight, which is when the hotel quietens downs completely.

All the other all inclusive hotels in Kiotari now need to be as good as this one.

If you do venture out, Lindos is a must and so is the acropolis, it's bit of a walk up to it (or you could catch a Lindos taxi - The donkey) but the views are well worth the effort.

Prassonisi is also worth the bus trip and the Lighthouse Restaurant serves very good food.

Pefkos has a sandy beach, and is more of a resort than Kiotari, and there are lots of British there. If you are out to eat then try the Hellas restaurant, on the corner of the main street opposite the chinese and rock bar, their food is gorgeous.

Room Tip: Don't think there is a bad one

We are a family of 4 with 2 girls aged 12 and 11. We are still on holiday at this hotel. After reading some of the negative reviews before we came away I was somewhat apprehensive!
Taxi from airport took 45 mins, Checking in was efficient, golf buggy took us to our room which is spacious and clean, we are in a family room with shared pool, which is fabulous, overlooks the main pool.
Food is fine, plenty of choice and we have been shown to our table morning and night.
No need to get up early for sunbeds and u can change towels everyday and they were more than happy to give us 2 extra towels when we requested them.
Pool area is immaculate and plenty of space to swim about, the only downside is there is no shallow end, it's the same depth throughout!
In our experience staff are pleasant, and happy to assist in whatever way they can.
Beach is made of pebbles, plenty of beds and water sports.
All in all I would defo come back to this hotel and would recommend it.
