I have been eating in the restaurant for a whole week. I've tasted almost all dishes ( except the cheese due to an alergy) and also the wines. I must said that quality-price is incredible, you really get value for money. The host is a fantastic chap and his wife is a warm star. After my 3rd visit I started conversations with the owners and found out where their passion for food comes from, they are both agriculture ingeneers and they really understand the importance of the core ingredients, that is why you only see substainable dishes with most ingredients locally produced. And they way they are mixed: incredible. My recommendations, the rabbit, the goat, the local blackpudding and the tropical fruit dressing they use for the salads. For the wines, ask the staff they'll probably know better. I used to go for the whites.
