Two nights in this lovely bed and breakfast with Annabel and Jean superb hosts. Very comfortable superking size bed, good size room with views over the garden and the countryside beyond and with a spacious en-suite shower room, larger than many four star hotels. First class breakfast, wonderfully cooked. Would stay again when in the area.

Stayed two nights at Polgreen, and were delighted to find a beautifully clean, light, bright spacious room with superking size bed. The hosts Annabel and Jean could not do enough for us, (chilling tins of G&T and giving us glasses with ice and lemon! to say the least) breakfast was delicious and they gave excellent recommendations for both places to eat, and places to visit. The garden and grounds are delightful, with views from the bedroom window. Superb. From there we visited Lost gardens of heligan and Lanhydrock, both stunning - but wear sensible shoes and be fairly fit as long days. Will definitely return when in the area.

Room tip: All facing garden, but we loved our superking size room.

We have just returned from our third stay at Polgreen and it was just as good as always. Our room was spotlessly clean and Jean's breakfasts are delicious ! Annabel and Jean are the perfect hosts and give great tips of places to visit, local restaurants and pubs and walks. It's a good base for visiting the Eden Project and Heligan but also lots of beautiful National Trust gardens and houses particularly Glendurgan and Trelissick.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Polgreen! My boyfriend and I stayed here for Easter and enjoyed it so much. The room was lovely with great views into the beautiful garden and the picturesque Cornish countryside. Annabel and Jean are the best hosts one can imagine: The provided us with the best breakfast in the world and with lots of recommendations how to enjoy Cornwall. They were so welcoming and helpful, printed directions, helped with the bookings and simply did everything to make our stay as pleasant as it has been. Thank you so much for everything!

My wife and I stayed here on the 13th and 14th November.
Can't fault it. The bedroom was a good size with a very comfortable bed and good en-suite.
There was a good choice for breakfast and it has been a long time since I had such good eggs and bacon. Annabell and Jean made us feel very welcome.
