I reserved two rooms for a trip with my inlaws. My mother in law had been too ill to travel the past four years so this trip was very special for us. I contacted the hotel after making reservations to see if they could get us rooms close together and as easily accessible as possible. They went above and beyond. We were upgraded to newly renovated rooms with kitchenettes next to each other and near the elevator! Our week was wonderful and they even delivered chocolates and a card to my father in law when they found out it was his birthday! We would highly recommend this hotel!

Room Tip: Contact front desk prior to travel. They will try to accommodate your needs. The staff were all exceptionally helpful.

Not quite sure how this has a Victoria address, as it is quite a distance outside of Victoria, so be warned. Even the taxi driver was surprised and had to call to double check the address was correct.

We stayed here for a wedding for two nights, as we had a preferred price arranged by the Bride and Groom. First of all the hotel is nice, the rooms are large and comfy and two double beds in each, so useful for unpacking on one. The hotel itself was modern and clean and that can’t be faulted, but don’t expect much information in the rooms though about facilities in the actual hotel, there is none. We had to ask to find out basic information, such as what time the gym and pool opened, where the entrance to the pub \ restaurant was. Normally this is all found in the welcome booklet in the room. Apparently they don’t do those.

What we weren’t expecting was the mess up with the booking, we were booked in for two nights, although the front desk had us down only for one, and after a bit of digging found that infact it was two. When we checked the following morning, they had us down again only for the one night, not the two. I’m glad we brought the print out that showed us booked in for two. They eventually found the two night reservation, but the communication between the reservation line and the hotel needs to be worked on. We had friends staying who had exactly the same issue, apart from they were called on the morning of the wedding asking why they were still in the room, they should of checked out. So we weren’t an isolated case of bookings being messed up.

Our location is indeed outside of the main tourism core of Victoria although it is roughly only 20 minutes drive. I do hope that this didn’t prove to be too much of an inconvenience for you during your stay with us.

I am happy to hear you found out hotel to be modern and clean but do apologize for the information about the hotel’s amenities was not provided to you at check in. Hope it was a wonderful wedding and we would love to welcome you back.

Your typical business hotel next to Costco, in Langford, though this property maintains a Victoria mailing address, somehow... The room was modern, comfortable and in good order, the service at the front desk was very efficient and polite. The pub/restaurant on the lower floor provided excellent halibut and chips at a reasonable price and the service was excellent. But the atmosphere and decor did seem a bit reminiscent of an old style beer hall - but perhaps that was because of the incredible weather at the time, and it is in the basement, after all. This property provides everything you would expect in a mainstream business hotel. All in all, good value, but do recognize that this property is not close to the tourist center of Victoria, and a car will be required to get around.

Great rooms, great value. My wife and I along with our 6 month baby only stayed one night. The staff were so friendly and will to help us in anyway that they could. Printed us directions and BC Ferries schedules at check out. The food was great and we were lucky to enjoy the sun on the patio.

We really liked it there. the staff was very very friendly and helpful. Nice pool and beautiful rooms. Everything neat and clean. We felt our kids were very welcome. Breakfast is not included, however there is a supermarket close by that has everything you need. We also like the bakery there.
