“Excellent, original, local products”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 19, 2012

Café-Bistro Cote Est in Kamouraska opened in June 2012. They are located in the old presbytere of Kamouraska, in front of the main church. Their food is very tasty and original and it is mainly based on local products, including bread and pastries from nearby Bakery Niemand. On top of everything, prices are quite low compared to other restaurants in Quebec. They are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and they have tables inside and outside. The tables in the back of the house with view on the St Lawrence are particularly nice. People working there are very friendly. We went one day for dinner, following a suggestion by the owner of our B&B, and we liked it so much that we went back the next day for lunch. Do not hesitate to stop by!
