Hotel is an about 4 hour drive south of Hangzhou and an about 1 hour drive from Taizhou city.
Rooms are quite large, bathroom has a shower and a bathtub.
Electric plugs are next to the desk, but blocked by a WLAN router and a computer. You need to pull out one of them. Also there are no plugs (at least working ones) next to the bed. You need an extension cord of about 3 meters, if you need power next to the bed.
Rooms have carpets with the usual problem in China - dirt, plenty of dirt
Internet is LAN / WLAN based. There is a router in each room, so scan the WLAN, you find your room number starting with an 88... there is no need to log in and you can connect as many devices as you want. However the internet is slow. VPN works, but Skype and FaceTime only barely. In the early morning it is fast and nice to use, but who wants to get up at 5 AM?
Breakfast is simple, but OK. Even had some cheese available. Coffee was lousy. Better stick to tea. When I stayed there, there was no orange juice, just very sweet apple juice.
Beds are hard, very hard, extremely hard - actually normal for China.
And yes, it does help, if you speak Chinese. (even a only a little)
The good thing is that you can open the window.
