We visited Quinta do Scoto for 5 nights. It's a great location to stay when you want to visit Lisbon but don't want to stay in the busy city. It takes about 40 minutes by train to get to the city center and train go there very often.
The quinta itself is beautiful with nice, very large and clean rooms, and a great (saltwater) pool. It also has a guest kitchen and barbecue facility. Not necessary with the good local and cheap restaurants in the neighborhood but a nice facility if you don't want to go out at night.
Tony and Penny are great hosts, nothing you ask is too much for them. True service!
