We had a great experience with Andrea. Her english is very well and she showed us amazing sights. We spotted a lot of animals like crocodiles, flamingo’s, white ibis and Pelicans. She told us a lot about the animals and nature.
The boat was nice and she brought water and cookies. We came with our 5 yo daughter and she enjoyed it very much

We have done the tour with Caesar and it was the best ever! Caesar is a great expert of Rio Lagartos, its flora and fauna especially. He was able to explain everything to us in great detail. We will never forget his passion and love for this place, which made the tour memorable.

Our guide made us discover during a 3 hours tour the multitude of birds and reptiles present in the lagoon. Very experienced, passionate, smiling, and respectful of nature. We highly enjoyed this tour and recommend it without hesitation.

Extremely nice experience, the guide Saul Monforte was very nice, helping a lot to spot different birds, and place the boat in the optimal position to observe and take photos. Also, he was very experienced and ready to answer to all questions. We saw all possible species (birds and crocodiles).

This was our third time in Rio Lagartos and our third time doing a birding trip in the Ria with Rio Lagartos Adventures. We were very much looking forward to it and were not disappointed. This time Andrea Nunez was our guide. She is a capable "captain" who knows the Ria well. Don't know how she managed to spot the cuckoos in the mangroves but I was delighted to see them. Recommended.
Rio Lagartos Adventures was kind enough to accomodate rebooking on short notice when my husband was unwell the morning of our original booking.
We have always done the 4 hr birding tour. We heard from other visitors that the sunset tour is also excellent.
