We were impressed with the layout and appearance of this modern attraction, especially seeing and being told about the rum making process. Then, there's the tasting, to get you in a buying mode, but it's pretty good rum, and I think I'm a fairly good judge! We stayed to have lunch in the outside restaurant, which was perfectly presented, with excellent service. Oh, and it tasted pretty good too!
