The hotel is quite ok and not a bad option to chose if you are comfortable staying near disneyland and out of the city . The size of rooms is decent but toilets are not very big . The WC is separate and the bath is separate . There is free X Box for children and PS2 . The hotel offers free wifi and there is tea and coffee maker in rooms .

The hotel has just the same welcoming Reception desk with rooms which are fine but it has to be said that they are a little warm at night!
However, the restaurant is bizarre as I have never before stayed in a hotel where the breakfast closed so promptly at 9.30 a.m. Our arrival time at breakfast was ticked off, yet the breakfast manager said even that at 9.40 all the breakfast items had be put back into the kitchen fridges, even though a number of people were still eating and we couln't eat there.
We acheived an 'express' breakfast of sorts in the bar - a two year old on a bar stool is a joke but we were game as the coffee was good. However, coffee, yoghurt, orange juice and croissant is not how my little army runs on holdiay - beware, Monday to Friday, they close promptly!
Hmm... in the evening, the restaurant manager took a long time looking over his listing to see if he had space for us - apparently we should have booked to eat; we felt that he was a little insulted that we hadn't! There were a number of tables. They (the two sometimes three to four staff) appeared a little overwhelmed by the fourteen tables... some orders were returned to the kitchen due to errors etc. And, probably justifiably, when my son skipped across the floor to us from the play equpment in the lobby, the restaurant manager asked us to please keep him with us because he couldn't cope with bringing food across the room. My son (6) had a little cry and refused to leave the table unless accompanied by a parent beacuse he was worried about 'the man'.. Stressed they were. A little expensive for what it was. The Hippopotamus at 'Val D'Europe' isn't far away and we think that the food's lovely.

This was our 3rd or 4th stay here as we think it perfect for what we need.
This time, we were on our way to stay at Disney Paris for 4 nights so travelled down a day early and stayed here so that we could book in early the following morning and make the most of another day in the parks.

The prices were about right, would like cheaper but there again wouldn't we all ?

Room was fine, the only disappointment being that one of the free bottles of water in our fridge had already been opened and a mouthful taken by I guess the previous occupants. Minor issue though so not worth complaining as we had plenty of our own water anyway.
Beds were comfy and everything clean & tidy.

Breakfast again was a highlight although they now don't have jugs of coffee for your table but a self-serve bean to cup coffee machine which was fine but I did miss the jugs.
A great selection of hot food with sausages, bacon, scrambled egg and potatoes and a huge cold buffet of pastries, yoghurts, cold meats, cheeses, pancakes, waffles, boiled eggs, breads and much more. We filled up and also made a cheeky sandwich for lunch later in the day.

If you're staying here and fancy a great meal, try the Auberge de Cheval Blanc at Jossigny just a 10 minute drive away. We did and found it to be excellent (See our trip advisor review)

All attention was given to the lobby. The rooms were of very poor quality. The wash basin was clogged on arrival. The toilet seat was uncomfortably high even for a tall person like me. Some of the waiters at the breakfast buffet were very rude and pushed in empty chairs rudely even while the family was still having breakfast. We were served cold scrambled eggs.
This was my first and probably last visit to this Novotel hotel.

Stayed here again on way to Disney.
Check in was really easy and quick.
Stayed in a standard room this time and it was fine for the one night we were here. Travelled down by car from uk and used hotel as a stop over for one night so that we had a full day at disney the following day.
Hotel was in good order and the staff were very helpful.
Had a light dinner in the hotel, it was very good but a little on the expensive side.
Breakfast was a buffet with a good choice of food.
A standard room is fine for a one night stay, it was big enough and beds comfortable.
Would go back again if we head to disney again.
