Having visited many times ( over a dozen) since this place first opened we can say that it has it's ups and downs. The location is great, and on a good day the food and staff can be charming and go the extra mile to justiify the slighlty too high prices. On other days, well the equation doesn't come out in thier favour. The worrying trend is that we seem to be more regularly being dissapointed than fascinated.
Generally the more people inside the worse the service...no surprise there, but when full it really becomes unnaceptable. If the prices dropped 20% and they got a bit more organised this place could be full every day of the year I think.
