Went to Mukteshwar this january for 3-4 days - and my friend chose this place as it is owned by her friend's aunt. I think wot worked for us was - that since we were 3 girls travelling we needed to be sure of the hotel and the staff! on both those accounts - the hotel was superb! very helpful staff and we got a huge room with 2 double beds and a view of the valley!! but as is true for all hotels in small hill stations which aren't yet commercialized - we didn't find half the items on the menu available - and that was slightly off putting - since eating out places options are also few! apart from that however - it was a wonderful stay - they arranged for a bonfire without any additional charge, got us a trusted driver and car to take us in and around Mukteshwar!! Don't expect world class service - but it is a great value for money resort..!

I and my family went to Mukteshwar. A lovely place to stay. The hotel " Mukteshwar Himalayan Resort" was very good. They made are tour a memorable one .The rooms are kept nicely and are cleaned. The best part of the hotel is, its food. One should eat at there restaurant at least once. we are again planning to go tomorrow as the hill station is covered with snow.....

Mukteshwar is a must to see place. The devdar forest and great view of the Himalayas makes one love it. The resort is located at a off-beat place with lots of woods around it. You can find lot of adventure around Mukteshwar and lots of places to enjoy. The rooms at the resort are best with nicely decorated and the quality of the food is also good as compared to other resorts there. There is a lawn where children can enjoy and adults can look around for fruits hanging in the trees, in the season time.

We went in the month of November and had a lovely stay there. The resort is located at a lonely serene place with lots of woods around. The rooms of the hotel provides a comfortable stay with magnificent view. The food provided also good with different cuisines. The staff is helping in nature with good service. Mukteshwar is beautiful place with great view of the Himalayas with ancient forest of Devdar forest.
