The overall experience was good. The rooms (standard and deluxe) were in very good condition and well maintained.
One of the standard room did not have a ceiling fan, but when requested for a table fan, it was immediately arranged.
Food items are a bit expensive and the complimentary breakfast (menu and quality) is below par. Just for the sake it is complimentary, need not be of average quality. Menu not South Indian friendly (no vadai or idli, very surprising).
Mr.John, the restaurant manager was very courteous and supportive. He extended all the best support from his side.
Water dispensers were inadequate, we need to walk a distance. Surprisingly and shockingly, not one life guard or supervisor found near swimming pool. The guests were on their own risk
It is high time, someone monitors the pool in person all the time while the guests are there.
Another frustrating point is, there was no staff or provision available to carry the luggage from the reception to the rooms, which is quite a distance in the scorching heat.
I would not mind recommending this resort to my friends, but would appreciate the corrective actions on some primary issues are addressedMore
