We were generally disppointed. The one saving grace was that the food was tasty which, at the end of the day, is the most important thing.
They have an enormous menu, but they barely had the ingredients to cook any of them. Your best bet appears to be to chose something off the specials menu which is on a billboard outside, and that is also the freshest. It just begs the question of why they bother plonking this enormous menu in front of you, although the constant powercuts at the moment I think may have been causing them some issues.
It is overpriced for what it is, perhaps a sign of them being rated highly by Trip Advisor & Lonely Planet (something the owner chose, unprompted, to highlight to us). And it must be the only place we have encountered in Asia which is UNDERstaffed - the same owner was cooking and running up and down the stairs taking orders and serving.
But, like we said, the fish was fresh and the food was tasty.
