“Small bakery with very limited options”

Visit this place only if you are on way to Permayangtse gompa.
Nothing from food or view perspective but the cause is noble as the funds raised through this bakery goes for the education of poor kids

We were quite surprised to find this small nice place on our hike to Pemayangtse Monastery. The proceeds from the bakery go to nice cause too...We had nice hot apple pie , doughnut which was fantastic and black tea...Dunking and eating the doughnut in the nice warm tea was heavenly...The bakery closes in at 5pm so please visit incase you plan to hike around pelling.

“Please visit this bakery for good cause.”
Reviewed November 7, 2013

Apple buns available were very tasty & fresh...the coffee was good too. The profit goes for the benefit of poor children....Very good cause...should visit at the time of returning from Rabdentse Palace ruins.

“Nice Bakery with cause”
Reviewed October 5, 2013

It's a small cozy bakery on the way to Pemyangtse Monastery. They have a nice variety of cakes, doughnuts. buns, croissants etc and tea. It's extremely reasonably priced and the profit goes for education of local tribal children. Must visit.
