The first impression of the Hotel as a nicely located heritage property vanishes the moment you enter the building. The property is mostly manned by untrained and uninterested locals who wish you were rather not there. Most areas, including the restaurant are unclean, dingy and smelly. It takes ages to find a member of the staff to serve you (as there are no uniforms). Even the reception is mostly unattended. I was charged for a buffet at the gate of the property only to find out that there was no buffet being served at all. Later I was told that there is only a limited a la carte menu available (all of three veg dishes!!).Our ordered meal was never eventually fully served as we lost patience and moved out after 45 mins of waiting. Couldn’t even dare to think of staying at this place for a night.
This propoerty is more suited to hosting weddings for local villagers than hosting people looking for a relaxing weekend getaway.

The location is great the Palace is beautiful but unfortunately in a quite bad shape. The maintenance of the facilities does by far not reflect what the palace deserves!
The cleanlines of the rooms was hardly sufficient, also there was no hot water for taking a shower in the morning.
The food was delicious, typical Indian cuisine.
Al in all a rather sad story seeing such a beautiful palace in such a bad state.
For this the price of a suite in the main palace was exceedingly high!
I would recommend to go there, if ever, only for sight seeing.

Sariska is a good place to visit for people in Delhi who are looking for a weekend getaway, but the stay in Sariska Place is nothing to talk about. The food was not up to the mark and the swimming pool and courtyard need lot of maintenance.
In short not a palace recommended for people lookn for good food and luxury stay.

We booked one night at Sariska Palace with very high hopes - our experiences in the past with former palaces have always been good. Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience staying at Sariska Palace. 'Highlights' include: AC not working (they did fix it), fan making noise (they did fix it), phone not working (they tried to fix it, but didn't - thus needed to trek to the reception for everything), no warm/hot water in the morning during the times that are supposed to have warm/hot water, no napkins at dining, and TV only had two channels (first evening; zero channels next day).

Any positives? Yes: staff was good and service was professoinal (except for not being able to fix the phone), very nice natural setting which really gives the feeling of being away from everything and being 'in nature', food overall was good, and the Rajasthani singing and dancing in the evening was superb.

Unfortunately, these are outweighed by the frustrations mentioned above - I would request if they could fix these items and then this hotel could really be a very nice place to stay...

Recently after a hectic schedule in Delhi some of our friends alongwith family wanted to have some fresh air with ofcourse fun. To visit Sariska Palace was really worth a lot. It was a perfect in all aspects likewise, reception, standard of accommodation, food and the overall ambiance.
Its really a nice place to visit either with friends or family.
