I had a wonderful time at beautifully renovated Paawana Haveli. Sophie, a French student, did her very best to make my stay the most memorable one. The location of the Haveli is perfect and the food very nice. I truly enjoyed being there.

Room Tip: Rooms on the top floor have a very nice view

I went there with my family in December and it was one of the best hotel we had during our trip in Rajasthan. Charming and peacefull. The staff is really helpfull and made our stay comfortable. The rooms were very clean as wre the bedshits and bathroom. The view from the roof is just beautiful and the atmosphere peacefull. The local food we had for dinner was excellent and one of the best as was the breakfast. ALl of this for a reasonnable price. The place is very centrally located in a good neighborhood and I can only recommend this place.

Room Tip: all the rooms are nice

Mandawa, the land of Havelis and Shekhawati paintings. Among other incentives we had to visit this quaint touristy town was the proximity to Delhi. It around 250 odd kms and takes around 5-6 hrs. We were warmly greeted by Sophie, a french student who is studying restoration of old heritage structures and also helps run the Paawana haveli. The haveli, recently restored is in the middle of the city with easy access to sight seeing spots. The rooms are clean, the food is simple, light and well made. The service makes you feel at home. The staff stretched to make sure that our stay was comfortable. Thanks folks. Would recommend incase you are in that part of Rajasthan. Cheers!

I had a great stay at Paawana. The staff and the owners all go out of their way to help in any way possible. They all work hard to keep the hotel in great condition. It's perfectly located to see all the havelli's of Mandawa. The food in the restaurant is great and I made myself at home whilst staying here. Thanks for a relaxed time.

The Paanawa Haveli at Mandawa provides excellent accommodation at reasonable cost and is highly recommended for the discerning traveller looking for a comfortable, friendly place to stay in the centre of Mandawa which is famous for its 55 haveli each located just a short walk away. The Paanawa Haveli has been recently entirely renovated, and caters also for breakfast and evening meals if required which are home cooked to order. Free wifi Internet connection is also available in the reception area.
This type of accommodation will appeal both to those travelers on a brief stopover during a tour of Rajasthan, and to those wanting to spend a peaceful few days relaxing in laid-back Mandawa on the edge of the desert where warm days and cool evenings are guaranteed all year round.

Room Tip: We chose the superior rooms which were well worth the small additional expense.
