“A Great place for lunch!!”
Reviewed December 1, 2013

I have visited Reepham station cafe on numerous occasions. It is warm and cosy in the winter with an assortment of delicious dishes to choose from and nothing like British Rail food. You can walk or cycle to the station or you can drive. It’s a great attraction and I have to say the cheese straws are a particular favorite of my husband’s. I would highly recommend if you are thinking of somewhere different for lunch or just a coffee and a chat..

“Improving all the time!”
Reviewed October 22, 2013

I have been visiting Whitwell and Reepham Station since it was bought a few years ago and have watched it go from strength to strength. For such a small attraction there is such a lot going on and a warm welcome is assured. It is a great place to stop for a coffee (new machine last time I went!) or a beer if you are not the driver!

“Reepham 13 Music Festival”
Reviewed August 14, 2013

Just been to the Reepham 13 music Festival and went to the Whitwell Railway station on the Sunday. Great day with pleasant surroundings and a heaven for steam enthusiasts. Real Ale and Real Pizzas supplied by the Real Pizza Company... and we got buzzed by a Spitfire!!!

“Small but perfectly formed”
Reviewed July 25, 2013

We called in here on the way home after visiting the North Norfolk Railway. Whitwell and Reepham is small but growing and I was amazed when shown the pictures of how it was when the volunteers started some 5 years ago. It really captures the atmosphere of a Norfolk rural station (apart from the cafe which is excellent with no sign of a dried up British Rail sandwich!). The main thing that impressed me was that everyone was a volunteer and obviously very proud of what they had achieved. We are looking forward to visiting again to see progress.

“Steam and beer!”
Reviewed April 22, 2013

A small but perfectly formed steam railway. It's small so far but getting bigger and better. They will soon have a fully working caravan site. Every one who's there are so friendly and knowledgeable about their trains. Tons of safe parking. They have a well stocked bar featuring local Panther beers and more local beers straight from the barrel, served by the lovely volunteer staff. Friday night is biker night, if you've got a motorbike and need to meet others for chat and drinks you could do worse than use this to find other like minded bike nuts. Old bikes and new, it doesn't matter. They have a barbecue and do a big burger, it's not macdonalds, it's better than that! They have various events going on over the year, a 40's weekend in April, a steam rally in July and lots of others events are planned. We live close so often pop in to see what's what. They also have a small area set aside for a museum that will just get bigger. See it now before it gets too popular! Go on, you know you want to. ;-)
