Notwithstanding the generally expensive cost of living in Australia ( not wholly caused by the poor exchange rate) we found the Kewarra Beach Resort Hotel absolutely heaven. We went for a 7 day stay in one of the gardenbungalows and the setting among the tropical forest and the bird song in the morning and at night was truly out of this world. The staff were excellent and really friendly. The cost of the hotel and dining there were very reasonable. It is a pity it is not well known among travellers because it is a real gem.
The only thing that I would consider to be worthy of improvement would be the menu choices ie could be more variable and exciting. Quality was excellent however .More
