“A Very Special Restaurant”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 23, 2014

We visited the Flying Fishbone to celebrate my sister's birthday and were blown away from the moment we walked in the entrance. We've eaten at many outstanding restaurants in our extensive travels and Flying Fishbone ranked right up there with the best of them. The ambience can't be surpassed! I'd like to have all of my meals with my toes in the sand or in the lapping water. The service was extremely gracious and outstanding in every way. Each of our three courses was wonderful and included tuna carpaccio and tempura shrimp as appetizers, and grilled mahi mahi and grilled shrimp as entrees. The desserts were fantastic apple pie and an unusual tira misu, both memorable. It was an outstanding evening!

“Dos miss out on the JEM!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 21, 2014

The Flying Fishbone restaurant was out of this world. Top notch food and drinks AND the view is incredible! Some of their tables sit in the water, so if you want one of these tables they are first come first serve so get there around 5:00. Eat slow and enjoy your meal because you don’t want to miss the amazing sunset and the jumping fish at night. It is a very romantic setting! Our waiter Mike was amazing as was everyone else there. Can’t wait to go back! Already craving their artichoke and warm goat cheese salad, mango martini, and steak!!! LOVE

“Beutiful setting, excellent staff...so, so food”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 21, 2014

OMG, as my tribe members would say, if they hadn't brought the food "it would have been enough"!

Fishbone, don't try so hard and simple grill the best fish and seafood the Island has to has to offer...Leave the gummy risotto, lackluster and miss-used sauces, duck and halibut to those landlocked restaurants.

Appreciate the helpful staff...pick at the food...and stay for the view

“AWESOME ATMOSPHERE AND STAFF”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 20, 2014

This restaurant is hard to find on the Aruba roadways, but it is a real gem to visit. You actually eat in the sand so they have a rack at each table for you shoes. They think of everything- providing insect spray, great food, wonderful staff and a great view under the stars. The ocean is lighted so you can really see the fish swimming and "flying" jumping out of the ocean as you dine. The food is spectacular, very rich in flavors and each item we got was tasty and delicious. You can even request a table in the water! It is a great place for a romantic dinner, or to dine with family as the great food and staff make your dinner divine!

“Best dinner in Aruba!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 20, 2014

This was our favorite dinner in Aruba. My husband, myself and our two 18 year old's loved the place. Atmosphere wonderful, great Miami vibe to the restaurant. Service was great, wonderful food, met with our high expectations in every way. Well worth the extra cab fare!!
