1)was there at 9 p.m. with family of 3 adults and a child,wanted to check out in the next morning,so i asked for single room with a extra bed with negotiated price.i was asked wait as the receptionist needed to contact the manager..i told 'i will be having the dinner in next lounge'.even after 1 hr. he had not done the work.when i asked for the reason.he infact acused me that i left the place without informing!
2) the rooms in the 3rd floor are to be avoided.whole third floor gets horrible noise from AC plant from 4th floor!and at 11pm they started kitchen exhaust fans in the 4th floor which added more noise and smoke in the 3rd floor.i had to call the receptionist 4 times in 45 minutes ,every time he assured me something but when i went there personally as we were not getting sleep he was sitting in the office cutting jokes.i had to call manager personally and explain.exhaust fans got switched off but AC plant noise persisted,they offered me change the room to 2nd floor at 12 mid night! which they had told were full.receptionist,electrician and house keeping personnel kept on pushing the buck to one another.
3)there are 4 corridor phones for the house keeping personnel which start ringing loudly in the morning and we can hear every phone's ring from the room!
4) fridge in the room was not working,i had to keep an insulin injection tube urgently,the took 1 hr.and replaced fridge at 12 midnight.
5)at the time of check out,they had to return the extra money they had collected as advance,the receptionist gave me a cover with a bill and conveniently forgot to give the cash that too after he took my signature.!! when i realized it 15 minutes after i drove away,i called back to inquire,he blamed for not asking back the money and not waiting for the money to be returned.intact i was there with my family in the lounge for 15 minutes till they put my luggage in my car.i have complained it the manager and they have taken my account no.to return my money but still not paid,i am planning to complain to the their head office.
6)the staff do not know English,but still try to speak to you in funny English.
4) for parking your car you got come out and drive along the wrong side of the road go to parking area.
.....actually its a good hotel but the staff keep on lying in every alternate sentence,other guests also had the same experience. and those horrible noise making machines on the roof is a big mistake.
