its pathetic. the service is poor . you have to wait for hours to get a bottle of mineral water in your room. the bed has stains , the room stinks , the washrooms are dirty. in the end i felt like being looted because of dearth of any good hotels in this city. will advise others to stay in dhanbad unless you have some really very important reason to face such horrendous experience.

Room Tip: if you can afford to travel to dhanbad then you must go there as there are lots of options available

I stayed here for 2 nights while on a business trip to Bokaro Steel Plant. The hotel is overhyped and overpriced but you do not have a better choice. The rooms are good, house keeping fine but be careful about the dinner inclusive room tariff. If you opt out of the dinner, then you get a discount which is lesser than the cost of the dinner. It means they are lierally forcing you to have the dinner, and if you do not like it they gain.
But as their is no competition, they will never improve and you will ahve to do with them. It really surprises me why their is no competition.

Room Tip: You ahve no better choice in Bokaro

the best hotel in bokaro. a true executive class hotel where people stay on company money. they take 4500 per night and don't care a brushing or shaving kit. well the travelling execitives are expected to carry them. they give complimentry bf and dinner--a true appeasement of executives. could have improved the breakfast spread. dinner buffet good for indians. rooms r nice. location good and finally do you have much choice in bokaro. stayed in 309 on 29 n 30 sep 2013....recommended.......oh plz improve the lighting of oak room the dining area.

Room Tip: just bargain if u r paying from ur pocket..otherwise ask the best rooms

I was on a business trip to Bokaro city from 14th to 18th July. This hotel was booked by my site colleagues. Going through the reviews I went to this hotel with very-very low expectations. But I have a good experience at this place. Either I was lucky or the hotel has improved drastically over the time. Bokaro is an industrial town and mostly people who are visiting Bokaro steel plant are residing in this hotel. Hotel tariff includes breakfast and dinner meals if you take food in the "Oak room" buffet, this makes the room charges balanced. You have the choice to try other food options also but that would be charged extra. The room/toilets were clean in my first floor room. Room service was up-to the mark. Only thing that I noticed was the air quality within the hotel was not fresh, the centralized air conditioning unit badly needs an overhaul. You can have a feeling of dampness in the air which is sickening. The staff in the hotel including the front desk is helpful. Finally not such a bad place to stay.

I stayed here for 2 nights..before everything I want to say about the noise pollution..ah!!! Only I know how I spent 2 nights there..aarti or mantra noise from temple was really too much..
Rooms are average and washroom need more cleanliness and maintenance..food was just okay..staff was good but service was average..
I wan on my business tour, so will recommend only for business/single traveler..won't recommend for senior citizens as well as family with kids

This is my third review of this hotel & will fortunately by my last, I recently got the good news I'd no longer need to travel to Bokaro.
My reviews have not been flattering & my rating has been reduced each time, as I despair with this place.
I will keep this review short, as I feel I've said most of what needs to be said previously.
My biggest problem, personally is the lack of privacy & quiet, due to the amazing lack of sound proofing this hotel has. Bokaro, like much of India is a noisy place & I usually look forward to shutting out the din when I go to my room - no chance here though, you can even hear you neighbours on the phone & I therefore assume they can hear me. Parties & temple affairs are very regular & they like everything loud, very load, they completely ignore the noise regulations & sneer at you if you dare to complain. The furniture lacks any kind of padding & no one every lifts anything, they only drag across hard floors. Staff also seem to live on site & it's from them that much of the noise that disturbed many a nights sleep seems to emanate - in many places the customer is king, here we seem to be an inconvenience.
A/C deserves a mention, it's central air & does very little to actually reduce the rooms temperature, it's very noisy & regularly seems to recirculate the smoke from nearby rooms - for a non smoker this is particularly unpleasant - they do not appear to have any no smoking rooms, when much of the world no longer have any smoking rooms.

Room Tip: Difficult to find a quiet room here, but avoid the front of the hotel for parties, the rear of the h...
