The NH is pretty typical for the chain in Mexico. Modern, almost euro-style interior furnishing with a comfortable bed and nice amenities. I have stayed here many times on business.

The hotel is in a safe and convenient location attached to a large clean mall, with a few good eateries within a close walk. I have always found the rooms spotless.

Hotel check-in can be sometimes slow, again not unusual from my experience.

The one rub I have with the hotel is the almost completely useless wireless internet. It is so over-subscribed that it is virtually unusable during the evenings. If you need good connectivity for your business trip or are doing a lot of work in your room, you might want to stay elsewhere (or plan to get up at 3am when the internet works better).

Room Tip: If you like coffee in your room, be sure to order a coffee kit ahead of time. They never seam to replace the one you use by the next day.

Just spent 3days in Monterrey area on business staying at the hotel NH which a perfect oasis of calm.
Attached to a very upscale mall(shopping center) the property offers an aray of dining and retail expierence which could have answered all my needs for the time in the city. I venture beyond the wall thoughs(lol) for meetings and also trying local restaurants and. Bars all within the San Pedro area . Taking cabs from the hotel was totally safe .
As far as the hotel try the executive floor ......rooms were spacious and the Wi was free. Free canapés and wine in the evening and free breakfast in the morning. another treat was the complementary cleaning/pressing of 1garment everyday! Liked that !pricing is very low compared to other cities around the world and well worth the value.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on 11 or 12 Th floor , facing the mountains, spectacular views.Convienent for complementary lounge.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. It was clean but slightly outdated. The room service food was decent as was the gym. One major negative - the internet was brutally slow anytime after 5 pm in the evening. Not good for the business person trying to get caught up on work while on the road. It was safe, clean and the mall (attached) was nice to walk around. Try the do-it-yourself yogurt stand along with the Sierre Madre Brewpub beer.

This hotel is in a great location if you are doing business in San Pedro Garza Garcia. Loud music from an empty bar across the street is very annoying.
Service is horrendous -- don't be surprised to wait 20 or more minutes to check in and if you want reception on the phone, put on a movie and wait.
The gym has a great view of the mountains, but the equipment is not high quality. Overall, I am still looking for a well located, service focused, and well priced hotel in Garza.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The room was big with big windows and new furniture. Great comfortable bed. Bathroom was huge and nice and equipped with good quality courtesy products. Good shower.
The hotel has a bar so we heard noise until 3. So if you want to sleep quietly make sure to get a room far from it.
