We arrived on a weekday around 1:00 p.m., before the lunch rush. The restaurant was virtually deserted and we were seated quickly. The waiter was quick and courteous and took our drink orders immediately. Receiving our beverages, we placed our food order also relatively quickly.
Between the two of us we tried 5 different kinds of fish and shrimp tacos. The major disappointment was that most of the food was not "piping hot". It was as though it had been prepared in advance and plated up from a warmer. The fried shrimp, fried tilapia, and the chicarrones de pescado were tasty enough, but would have been 100% better had they been freshly prepared and hot.
There were numerous employees on duty. Clearly at this hour, there were probably 3 employees for every customer! Problem was, most of them were standing around talking and not really focusing on superb customer service.
Would I try this place again? Maybe.
