We stayed here for a day. Located about 7 km from the Cuttack railway station, 36 km from the Bhubaneswar airport (the nearest one), and 1 km from the Cuttack Badambadi main bus stand, the property is located in the centre of the city amidst a busy shopping centre. There are a row of shops in front that mask the view and the entrance of the hotel. The hotel has a huge ground with ample parking. The personnel in the reception were cordial and helpful, but could not speak fluently in English or Hindi, but were very good in Oriya and Bengali. The ambience of the lobby is not much. The room did not have a coffee-maker. The bed was king size with faded sheets. The attached toilet was washed clean. The fittings were pretty old. Hot water was available. Room service was slow. The multicuisine restaurant served food with a complimentary breakfast. The availability of both non-vegetarian and vegetarian food spoilt the feel of the place and was suffocating. There was no WiFi. Travel desk outsourced the cars and had to be reminded again and again. The hotel accepts all credit cards.
