Everything from service to rooms and cleanliness were just wonderful.
A perfect family holiday destination.
The rooms were well appointed with kitchenette and we opted for a villa with two bedrooms and plunge pool with jacuzzi and garden with direct access to beach. The view from the room was just fantabulous.

Our first visit to Mauritius for a family holiday and decided to go to Four Seasons. I have too say it was he best decision we made. The resort, the staff and food was truley fantastic. I would have too say that the service from all the staff was amazing they couldn't have done more for you which made the whole experince unforgettable.

Thank you all at Four Seasons and keep up the good work and we will see you next year!

Best experience from the moment you arrive to the time you leave. The staff are warm, friendly and extremely knowledgable. The rooms and extremely spacious and comfortable. If you need a break, drop the kids off to the kids club where they will be supervised while you enjoy a relaxing couples spa.

I have been fortunate enough to stay at some extremely good hotels over the years, but I can honestly say this is my best overall experience ever – mainly due to the quality of the staff and the nice little extra touches.
I cannot praise the staff highly enough, wherever we encountered them, they were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I was asked at the end of my stay to praise individuals, but I struggled to do this because everybody was so very good at what they did.
The resort is quite isolated and there is nowhere to walk out to, but we knew this having previously stayed nearby at Le Touessrok.
We were a family of 5 and stayed for 1 week in a 3 bed villa residence (301) overlooking the lagoon, which was fabulous and in a great location – very private but close to all the amenities.
We went to the O Bar every evening for pre-dinner cocktails and were immediately made welcome by the team. By day two they knew all our drinks which were accompanied by delicious snacks and hors d'oeuvres.
All three restaurants were very good but Beau Champ was our favourite. Breakfast was half buffet, half a la carte which was perfect - we can all highly recommend the French toast drizzled with chocolate sauce and nuts.
The golf course is very challenging and in fantastic condition and was empty most of the time – my advice is make sure you take plenty of golf balls! I went to the gym, played tennis and used the water sports which were all very good.
The beach is man-made but still very nice with water, cold towels, fruit & ice cream served throughout the day.
In summary, I would not hesitate to recommend this resort. We have always made it our policy never to stay at the same hotel twice, on the grounds there are always nice places to stay – but after 30 years we will be making an exception!

Best hotel I've ever stayed at! my kinds were wowed! we loved the way they personalised their services to our needs without us even asking. The staff is lovely and treat you like they know you. They made sure to always leave a small afternoon treat of marshmellows, fruits, chocolates, cookies etc every afternoon. The pool at the villa was small and cold this time of year but the common pool was amazing with the spectacular views around and warmed water. We loved every minutes of our stay and will sure be back one day to enjoy more of the great facilities and service. Highly recommended for families and honeymooners..

We stayed here from 2nd August to 9th August. Amazing Place, Amazing People and Amazing Service. Staff memorize our names from the moment we arrived until we departed. We stayed in a Villa facing the Ocean (Villa #174). you will get the perfect view either in #174 or #175 if you intend to stay in a Ocean Villa. The staff very attentive to minute details, your likes and dislikes and go out of their way to make you comfortable. Lots of activities to do around the resort and they provide Bicycle to each Guest (optional and free of charge). Guests can go around the resort in bicycles, do snorkeling, and some water sports as well.
Food is great with three different restaurants providing different type of meals. However the only thing i was disappointed in the restaurants were the same menu offered every other night. There is no variety in the Menu. However we had a Indian Themed Night one day, Mauritian Themed Night One Day. If only they could provide some variety in the menu it would be really great in terms of choice for the guest.
The best things to say about the resort is the people who work in the resort, they seem to enjoy their work and has the warmth extended towards their guest which really shows in their expression.
Will really look forward to revisit the resort in the near future with my family.

Room Tip: If looking for an Ocean Villa, Try Villa # 174 or #175. you have gorgeous view of the sea fromthere

We stayed here for a week as part of our honeymoon in July. I won't go into the details as most people have described how amazing this place is. The highlight for the FS here is the accommodation, service and food!

The accommodation is 5 star - the beds are amazing and really we can't stress how much we loved lounging in the villa! However, as so many activities are included, you can always stay busy.

Service is really at FS standard - nothing is too much. From fixing my wife shoes, to music cables for our iphone 5. They make you feel special everyday. Special mention to Sachin for organising breakfast for us every morning and requesting the chef to make numerous different dishes - we really did love our breakfasts - thanks to Sachin!!

Following on from the breakfast service - was dinner - amazing in all the restaurants but especially the Beau Champ. As expected, there menu is brilliant and steaks are cooked to perfection. However we were made special dinners by the Chef Ritesh who really has some amazing abilities. He made us prawns / lambs / suffles - all off menu and made the week even more special. We have eaten in London's top restaurants and the food we had that week was on par or superior - thanks so much Ritesh & Sanjay as well!

As a couple - we highly recommend staying here - the only down side that families are more than welcome, so can get noisy occasionally at dinner - but staff are very kind in re-directing to other tables.

The other thing to mention is the Spa - the best we have had in many years and unique - please keep up the good job.

Final well done to Lorenzo (head of food) for doing a great job and making us feel welcome.

The FS experience at Mauritius was amazing and we look forward to returning in the future.

We stayed in the Ocean Villa which is highly recommended for the morning views.

Room Tip: Ocean Villa rooms really provide a good view in the morning!
