Spent 2 days for the wine tasting at this adorable restaurant in Valaire. Cecile has an amazing hand at cuisine- her blanquette de veau is out of this world. The mi-cuit chocolate gateaux are like a dream. She was so sweet to give me, hand -written, some of her recipes. Can't wait to try them when I get home. Will definitely come back here next time we are in Valaire
