When we arrived the elevator was not working - we were told it was under repair. Later we found out that none of the elevators in the whole complex (more than 200 apts.)were working because the owners association do not want to pay for the maintenance. 3 lights at the 2nd floor were not working (according to Mars had been reported to the maintenance -but nothing happened the 18 days we were there) making it a challenge to locate the keyhole in the dark. After managing to open the door you have an even harder challenge: The lights in the Apartment only turn on if you insert a small key in a switch just inside the door. The owner has installed the switch to avoid guests leaving A/C's on when out of the flat - but it also turns off all lights, except to the fridge.
Had I been Mars I would have told somebody to go to a hardware store to buy 3 light bulbs -get a stepladder and change the lights.
