Booked a room overnight to break up my drive from Brest to Frankfurt. The room was great value with free breakfast, parking and wifi. Easy to find via Sat Nav and set in lovely grounds near Cergy. I arrived late so didn't have time to use the pool although it was nice to wander round the 'chateau'. Good breakfast. Friendly reception staff who helped me print off some web pages.
Overall - great value and highly recommended hotel if you don't need to go into central Paris.

We were looking for a place to stay to break a trip back from Disneyland Paris and had considered booking a basic motorway hotel until we found this gem. Set in peaceful surroundings the hotel has a building with the reception, guest rooms and breakfast room and another building slightly down the lane with appeared to be called the "Chateau" with bar, restaurant, games room, terrace and pool. We enjoyed the location and hotel facilities and at a room rate of £65 including a very nice breakfast were very happy indeed.

We had a meal at the restaurant and found the food was excellent (I smiled all the way back to the room after enjoying the wonderful Cafe Gourmand dessert) and fairly good value with a couple of set menu options and a kids menu. There was a slight problem with our bill but they corrected it quickly and without a fuss so we'll let them off for that.

The hotel is close to the N1 and A16 so there isn't too much of of a detour from your journey though without a Sat Nav it could perhaps be a little tricky to find.

We would stay here again.

Walked into our room to be greated by a nasty, musty smell.

We had dinner in the "chateau." On arrival in the restaurant, they said they didn't have our booking, despite it being made only a few hours earlier when our friends had checked in.

The restaurant service was truly appalling. It took 30 minutes for one starter (from 5) to arrive, with the others following on 15 minutes later: luckily, the first starter was a cold dish!

The main courses then took over another hour to arrive.

The drinks service was equally slow.

We then had to chase up the bill in order to leave and go back to our rooms.

When my wife checked out, the bill was wrong: they had forgotten to take off an agreed room discount. When my wife said she wanted to check the bill, the receptionist said "no, you have to pay the bill first"!

Given there are many good hotels in the area, we won't be going back when we next visit in 2 years time.

Room Tip: Look for another hotel in the area!

The Hotel is a better than average hotel, and the staff were excellent throughout our stay. The food in the restaurant was extremely good and well presented. For me, the downside was the size of the rooms, which when the sofa-bed is out, is very restricting. I would stay here again though.

Clean and well equipped with friendly staff. Breakfast was also very good with hot and cold buffet (not cheap, but worth the money). It was so peaceful, and has as many facilities as you need. We will probably return if travelling this way again. We asked for baby food to be heated - no problem. We wanted to eat outside - no problem. Everyone was very polite and smiled at the guests. If we had to pick holes, there was no milk (for tea) in the room, and the room wasn't huge, but they are comfortable, and the setting is perfect.
