It's a great place to stay.
It's in a great location near the beach and the coastal path. Stockpole and other scenic attractions are just down the road. It is clean and tidy with everything you would expect. It is quite spacious, plenty for 4 people. Easy parking. Nice view from bedroom window.
Had a very nice stay at this cottage. The house has everything that you need and is located with easy access to Freshwater East beach. The beach is sandy and really big, and is great for kids. The walk to the beach is flat and there are no stairs at the beach so quite accessible. The cottage had a washing machine, which was really handy, and everything needed in the kitchen. The little garden was great for the kids to run around. We also enjoyed sitting out on the two balconies! Bedrooms and living room were spacious, and beds were comfy. It is in a very beautiful area, and not as crowded as Tenby in the summer time, but still short drive to lots of things to see and do. Would recommend a visit to Heatherton if you go with kids. We ate at the Longhouse (next to the cottage) and Freshwater Inn - both were good for family meals.
We had a great week in this beautiful location staying in a really lovely house. Everything was there that we could possibly need and it was so comfortable. There's a dear little garden where you can sit out if you want to, or balconies on both floors with marvellous views. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and other beaches just as lovely, not far away. The family enjoyed the surfing, coastal walks and a day at Pembroke castle, the best castle I have ever been to.
We stayed for 3 nights in May, at the end of a lovely visit to Pembrokeshire. Tenby Lodge was a lovely, well presented beach house with excellent facilities for families and couples. The location was amazing - a mere 50m to the beach at Freshwater East. The host, Pat, was great at communicating with us both before and after the stay. She made the stay extra special. We hope to return to the Beach House in the future, as we all, as a family, had a lovely, relaxing stay. I would highly recommend to any travellers looking for a beach side retreat.
This was my fifth year and I’ll be going back again next, great cottage with a fantastic location just 50 yards from the beach. My 10 year old son loves it, there’s so much to do but you have to explore to get the best out of the area, try barafundle beach, stockpile, Lilly ponds, pendine and marlins for the most incredible beaches. Lots to do for kids from quad biking to heathertons park.
Cottage is very clean, a good size and well equipped
The owner is lovely and can’t do enough for you
Wonderful find - comfortable stay. Spacious.Cleanliness of high standard.
Beach on your doorstep!
Just great - thank you!
The accommodation is spacious, with a generous kitchen, living room, outside decks on two levels and two large bedrooms each with it's own bathroom.
The location is close to a beautiful beach and trails for walking. Having a car is highly recommended to take in other sites in Pembrokeshire.
Wifi is available for purchase, but who wants to be using wifi on holiday. Our phone carrier had poor service but using a phone wasn't a high priority.
Making the booking was easy with prompt replies to all questions.
We enjoyed our stay in the area and would gladly recommend Beachview 2.
