We have not lived in Leigh on Sea for long...first time eating here with friends. Ive not eaten food so tasty and beautifully presented for ages, mouth watering....the staff took our coats on arrival and made us feel welcome.Great place to go...great service and most of all great chef..and kitchen staff...could not fault this place.

We were a party of 10 for my boyfriends 40th. Hadn't been here before but was recommended.
We had a 3 course meal, all very good. Carvery superb, choice of three meats which were cooked to perfection. Good selection of veg, VERY tasty gravy all plenty of everything to go round.
Service very attentive & they made an effort to decorate the birthday boys desert plate which was a nice touch.
Definitely go again and strongly recommend

Went on a Tuesday night so the wife was able to bring her own wine and restaurant was reasonably full. Service was good but not pushy (was not hurried). Food was very nicely presented and tasty. Decor not the most inspiring and perhaps more suitable for a more mature diner(made up most of those there on the night we went) but would go again.

We visited the Rose Garden for the first time last week.

The food was delicious and the wine list gave helpful information as to type of wine eg dryness and body.

The prices are reasonable.

The staff are pleasant, attentive and elegant which creates a warm atmosphere in the restaurant.

We have visited over thirty restaurants in the area during the past year and put the Rose Garden in the top two or three.
